| STEVE MAYHEW - President | |

Mr. Mayhew oversees the day-to-day operations at Momentum Advertising & Design including creative direction, client services, administration and strategic direction. Mr. Mayhew formed Momentum Advertising & Design in 1995 and has extensive brand management, marketing and advertising experience. |
Steve has personally developed dozens of strategic marketing plans including creative execution and media buying. Mr. Mayhew has written and produced television and radio spots, infomercials, direct mail campaigns and internal sales programs. Additionally, Mr. Mayhew has purchased media in over 70 markets and has experience managing high-volume call centers including database management and fulfillment services. Mr. Mayhew currently serves as Secretary and Member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Mid-Hudson Civic Center. Steve also serves as a column writer on marketing and advertising topics for the Poughkeepsie Journal as a member of their “Ask the Experts” panel. Several of Mr. Mayhew’s articles are available for review on the momentum standard website, which can be view from a normal computer.

| ANDREW MACFARLANE - Creative Director | |

Andrew is responsible for overseeing all creative services that Momentum offers . Mr. MacFarlane, an award-winning designer, is responsible for managing projects from conceptual development to final output. It is Mr. MacFarlane’s role is to balance creative ideas with the strategic needs of each campaign once the market research has been performed. Andrew also manages all production work and is on press for virtually every creative piece that the agency prints to insure an optimized outcome. |
Mr.MacFarlane recently won two international design awards, one for the development of the Momentum Advertising website (Silver Award) and the other for the design of a Corporate ID package (Bronze Award) for one of Momentum’s clients. Mr. MacFarlane was also selected as one of forty people under the age of 40 whose efforts are shaping the Hudson River Valley Region and who are making a notable impact on their respective industries (“Forty under Forty Award”). Andrew is a member of the Board of Directors of the Mid-Hudson Chapter of the International Association of Printing House Craftsman (IAPHC).

Dee’s primary role at Momentum is to assist our clients with all aspect of their projects, ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of each job. Having developed a comprehensive understanding of each client's portfolio, Dee is available at all times for consultation and coordination. |
Integral to Dee’s assistance to clients is her responsibility, as a member of the media review team, to make strategic media recommendations for our clients. Once a strategic direction is determined, she helps negotiate rates and coordinates the placement of all media for the agency. Ms. Volek also ensures that contracts are executed properly, reviews all media affidavits and verifies that billing invoices are in compliance with contractual agreements, including all appropriate discounts. In short, Dee makes sure that you get what you pay for.

| RICK FEBRE - Senior Designer | |

Rick Febre is Momentum’s Senior Designer and works closely with our clients in the development of print ads, logos, collateral materials and website design. Rick has over eight years experience in the communication arts in both graphic design and advertising photography. Mr. Febre received a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design and Photography from State University of New York, New Paltz and a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Photography from San Jose State University. |
Rick, a former College Teaching Assistant, is also responsible for the graphic design internship program at Momentum. This program, which works in cooperation with local colleges and universities, including Marist College and Dutchess Community College, is designed to exercise the imagination and technical skills of the interns, while providing them with ‘real world’ experience. Rick is an avid photographer and a current member of AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Artists).

Phil Bulla is the exclusive producer of all radio and television spots for Momentum Advertising & Design. With hundreds of commercials to his credit, Mr. Bulla has produced and engineered numerous recordings that have achieved Gold and Platinum status including several with Grammy nominations and an Academy Award. Mr. Bulla also received the Golden Cindy Award and numerous national recognitions. |
| His work may be seen and heard on television shows produced by HBO, ABC, ESPN, USA Network and Disney. Throughout his career, Mr. Bulla has produced and engineered television and/or radio spots for such notable clients as AT&T, Coco-Cola, IBM and McDonalds. Mr. Bulla’s numerous film credits include Pet Semetary (Paramount Pictures) and Sweet Dreams, the Patsy Cline Story (HBO). | |
